1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlyPython, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

FlyPython provides web data extraction and monitoring services. Users create tasks that periodically fetch and extract data from public websites.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FlyPython only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

• Scrape private or password-protected content without authorization
• Scrape content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Use the service to harvest personal data in violation of privacy laws
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the proxy pool
• Use the service for spam, fraud, or malicious activities

4. Account & Billing

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. FlyPython uses a prepaid balance system. You add funds via Stripe and every API call deducts from your balance. Unused balance is refundable within 30 days of purchase. Contact support@flypython.com for refund requests.

5. Data & Content

You retain ownership of the data you scrape. We do not claim ownership of your scraped data. However, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

FlyPython is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or scraping failures due to target website changes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
